About Executive Service Corps (ESC)

History

The first Executive Service Corps (ESC) was founded as a Management Support Organization (MSO) by Frank Pace,Jr and David Rockefeller, both founders of the International Executive Service Corps. Beginning in New York in the early 1970's, the concept has spread to a nationwide network of independent 501(c)(3)’s.

In 1999 we conducted a Needs Study that uncovered gaps in access to consulting services among small and medium sized nonprofits in Northern New England. In response we formed the all volunteer Executive Service Corps Northern New England Group. In 2004 we incorporated as the Executive Service Corps of New Hampshire. In 2005 we became the 34th independent member of the Executive Service Corps Affiliate Network and assumed responsibility for serving clients in Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont.  By the end of 2011, we will have completed over 150 consulting projects for 90 nonprofits.

Our vision is to become the undisputed leader in providing high quality management consulting solutions to small and medium sized nonprofits in Northern New England.
