For those of you updating your salary ranges since the 2010 Wage & Benefit Survey in June of 2010, we suggest a Cost of Living Allowance of .7% as of January 1, 2011 and 2.7% as of July 1, 2011 compared to the survey in 2010.
From January of 2011 to January of 2012, we are projecting a COLA of 2.5% to 3.0%.
