Tom Mongeon, Executive Director

Tom Mongeon is a former Fortune 100 Executive whose nonprofit service began in college and has ranged from Volunteer to Board Director and Board Vice President. He has 10 years of experience in management consulting serving nonprofits, farms, small businesses and startups. He has led diverse teams of professionals, built organizations and managed highly complex projects for corporations including GE, Honeywell, United Technologies, the World’s largest distributor of semiconductors and New England’s regional transmission (electrical grid) operator. His overall experience spans nearly 20 industries.  Tom attended Western New England University where he earned a Master’s Degree in Engineering Management (The Engineer’s MBA) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering. He is a Licensed Professional Engineer, Electrical Power in the State of New Hampshire.

Chris Van Curan, Client Relationship Consultant

Chris Van Curan is a seasoned senior executive with domestic and international experience, especially is insurance, banking and nonprofits. In addition to Business Development with ESC, he is currently Principal Mentor of B2B Mentor and on the faculty of Endicott College Van Loan School of Graduate and Professional Studies. Chris has consulted for ESC since 1996 in the areas of strategic planning, business planning, and board development. He has served on numerous nonprofit boards. He is a graduate of Middlebury College and the Tuck School at Dartmouth.
