Paul Arruda
Mr. Arruda has 30 years of experience as CEO and President of two growing companies. He is currently a Managing Partner of Manchester Partners, a newly formed consultancy advising growth oriented businesses. He has consulted for ESC since 2005 in business planning, strategic planning, marketing, and executive advisory. He has a BS from Boston College.

Richard van BergenMr. Van Bergen had an international business career that includes shipping, magazine publishing and banking. He was President of Reader’s Digest in Japan and CFO of a large division of Citigroup. He has consulted on Governance, Strategic Planning, Financial and Business Planning for ESC since 1990. He earned an MBA equivalent in Germany and has taught at Babson College.

Michael DailyMr. Daily has over 20 years experience as a COO/CFO for two emerging growth companies. He has consulted in Financial, Business Planning, CEO Compensation, and Turn-Around projects for ESC since 1995. He is a founder and former Executive Director of Executive Service Corps. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Susan Fitzgerald Reichert
Ms. Fitzgerald Reichert has over25 years of experience in nonprofit and business management: in operations, development and general management. She served as Executive Director of the Sierra State Parks Association, and is currently owner of Java House.  She has a BA from UNH and a MNA from the University of San Francisco.

Maggie Ford
Ms. Ford is a retired fundraising executive and consultant with over 40 years of fundraising experience.  She served in numerous fundraising positions at UNH, Eastern Connecticut State University and Connecticut State Technical College System, and had her own consulting practice.  Maggie consults in fund development and strategic planning.  She has served on many nonprofit boards.  She holds a M.A.T. from UNH.

John GreggMr. Gregg is a marketing executive with over 40 years of experience. He has held senior positions at Chase Manhattan Bank, Citibank, Avon Products, and Young & Rubicam. He consults in Strategic Planning, Market Research, and Process Improvement.  He has an MBA from Indiana University.

Diane Glew
Ms. Glew is a seasoned Human Resources professional with 20-plus years’ experience including head of Human Resources at Vermont Law School, Visiting Nurse Association and Hospice of Vermont and New Hampshire, and Merrimack College.  She consults in human resources and compensation. She is a graduate of the University of Vermont, and also has Human Resource Certifications from Cornell, Wellesley, and Radcliffe.

Bill GouldMr. Gould had a high tech career that included being COO of Sequoia Systems, Executive Vice President of Mehta Corporation, and CEO of Vikor. He consults in general management areas including Strategic Planning, Governance, and Business Planning. He is a graduate of Dartmouth and holds an MBA from NortheasternUniversity

Anne Comstock Halverson
Ms. Halverson is a commercial real estate professional and entrepreneur.  She held senior positions developing and managing the real estate portfolios for UNUM and John Hancock Insurance.  She was Senior Vice President of Fantastic Sams International.  She is the former Chairman of the Board of Vermont Federal Credit Union.  She consults in business planning and marketing.  Anne is a graduate of the University of Vermont.

Kathleen Hofer
Ms. Hofer is a Human Resource professional with a background in nonprofits and for profit start-ups.  She was Director of Personnel Administration for MassDevelopment, Director of Human Resources for UU Service Committee, and Administrative Coordinator for a surgical unit at Children’s Hospital.  She consults in Human Resources and Compensation.  Kathleen has a liberal arts degree from George Washington University/Mt. Vernon College and graduated from the Senior Human Resource Management Program at Bentley College.

Don McGuinnessMr. McGuinness had a distinguished career in the electronic components industry which included founding his own company and taking it public. His areas of consulting for ESC are General Management, Strategic Planning, and Earned Income Ventures Development.

Raymond A. Moritz
Mr. Moritz has over 25 years of general management and marketing experience in high technology technical services.  Ray was President/CEO or Canon Information Technology Services.  Ray consults in strategic planning and marketing. He is a Graduate of the University of Colorado and attended both the Advanced Management Program at Michigan State and the Executive Training Program at the Wharton School.

Lynn Post
Ms. Post is a marketing professional with decades of experience in the high tech industry.  Most recently, Lynn led a product marketing group at EMC Corporation, and now has her own consulting company.  She consults in market planning, branding, and product positioning. She is a graduate of Carnegie Mellon University.

C. Jeffery Smith
Mr. Smith is a financial executive with over 25 years of experience working for financial services, market research, and software companies.  He has been Senior Finance Director of Thompson Financial, Vice President of Open Solutions and Vice President, Group Finance for Misys, PLC.  He consults in business planning and financial controls. Jeff is a graduate of Dartmouth College and holds a MBA from Cornell.

Steve SmithMr. Smith was the long time Executive Director of the American Lung Association, New Hampshire Chapter and later was the Vice President of Field Operations for the national organization. More recently he has returned to New England and founded his own consulting organization It’s the Results. He also teaches nonprofit courses at Northeastern University. He has an MA in Teaching from UNH.

Charles UrmsonMr. Urmson served in general management positions at a number of manufacturing companies including being Vice President of Hypertherm. He has worked as a consultant for Peat, Marwick. His areas of consulting for ESC are Strategic Planning, Operational Effectiveness, and Governance. He is the Treasurer of the Upper Valley Land Trust. He has a graduate engineering degree from Rensselaer and holds and MBA from Harvard Business School.

Chris Van CuranMr. Van Curan had two careers, first as a senior banker at Bank of Boston where he was a Division Head focusing on financial firms, and later as co-founder of a national insurance brokerage. He continues to serve as consultant and executive recruiter for the insurance industry. He has served on many for profit and nonprofit boards. He consults for ESC in Strategic Planning, Governance, Business Feasibility, Human Resources, and Business Planning since 1996. He holds an MBA from the Tuck School at Dartmouth.
